Why is everyone selling/buying boilerplates ?

This is a genuine question. We see more and more boilerplates for all kind of languages, being sold by some dev influencers (or wannabe). Any professional developer knows that their stack is something constantly moving based on the requirements of their product. Therefore, it's hard to sell it as the response to any problem, no matter how generic it...

Building restaurant website

What do you like to see in project documentation?

At work I am now moving over our old cursed frontend solution to a less cursed Vue app. Part of this moving I'm also documenting things. Will a 2013 Sass book still be useful / relevant?

I am more of a designer but have recently been getting re-acquainted with frontend dev (I used to do a lot of it in a previous life) I was pleasantly surprised that I stumbled across a copy of 'Sass for Web Designers' by 'A Book Apart' under my bed, I completely forgot I ever bought it (and never read it).
