Looking for a non-headless CMS to try out (that isn't Wordpress or Ghost)?

Nothing against either Wordpress or Ghost (I use self-ghosted Ghost for a personal blog), but I'm in the mood to try out something different. Desired outcome is a frontend for a data visualisation project. It would need to be able to embed iframes / HTML objects although I'm guessing that's almost every CMS today. But other than that, it doesn't need...

What are the standards for source control and hosting for a client's portfolio site?

Hey, so I have been contracted to create a portfolio site for one of my friends (they are a UI designer). This is my first time doing contracted work/freelance so I am unsure about the "rules" or proper expectations for this kinda of work. Even though they are my friend and they are flexible in how I create the website, I still want to keep this at...

Chrome extension to show web fonts?

I currently use a Chrome plugin called 'CSS Peeper' but it hardly ever seems to work... does anyone know of any alternatives? I use Chrome inspector too but I'm more looking to be able to tell which font has actually loaded rather than just what is first in the font stack submitted by /u/Weekly_Frosting_5868 [link] [comments]
