How to prep bathroom cabinets for staining?

I’m a new homeowner with very little experience with pretty much anything home related. I want to stain these cabinets. I used 60grit to sand them down and they started flaking off the darker brown layer. Do I need to remove that whole layer before I stain? Do I need to strip it or use a stronger sanding grit to take it off? Or is it good as is to...

Anyone know how to remove the sliding section of this door?

The door is old and stiff so I'm attempting to clean and refurbish it with new weather stripping and rollers. I've seen online about the type of rollers where there's a hole to access an adjustment screw to raise them and lift the panel put the frame, but there is no hole? submitted by /u/TrashBandicoot96 [link] [comments]

Any suggestions for getting my cabinets screws to stay.

I can probably have them hang on for another couple years until I can afford an expensive renovation but in the meantime and having a nuisance problem I was wondering if anybody had any suggestions for. On several of the higher used cabinets it seems as though the...
