Peeling old paint and am wondering, Is this a moisture issue?

Short story: Old home with peeling paint. I noticed some peel areas come off the drywall clean others leave behind resue. Also I pulled off a painted over vent and it looks like mold. Otherwise the home doesn’t smell like mold. Curious what my fellow Redditors know about this. Any advice greatly appreciated 😊 submitted by /u/love_isa_battlefield...

Found this under irrigation control box, bee hive?

Hi, I found this under the irrigation control box in my yard. Initially I thought it was dryer lint somehow accumulated in there. But it looks like a bees' nest as I saw several bees coming and going. I always bee hive is made of some kind of waxy substance and not like this. Anyone seen this before? https://preview.redd.it/woovev0ml80d1.jpg?width=1600&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=1adf0c138ae51f2f31f8cfe305e4d212ea0f6ed4...

We aren’t sure of where we want to place our racks and workbench inside, and so we want to wait on outlet and light decisions. Would insulation without sheetrock...

Most efficient way to level backyard?

I am trying to build a raised bed garden and starting with the leveling process. As you can see, my yard is sloping down. I've already started the process and want to expand the leveled area around the perimeter of the garden outline, about 1 ft wide. I've been using a big auger to drill a bunch of holes and loosen the dirt, but it still feels like...

Gaping 7' deep hole opened up in the yard...

Probably an ancient septic system from before the 70's has randomly opened up after all rains. Kinda spooky (See photos with banana for scale). Looking for suggestions on how to best fill it up in a way that it won't sink down a bunch and need to be refilled for years. We have lots of dirt. We have tons of organic matter (logs, rounds, wood chips)....
